Bhakti is an experienced M&A and International Tax professional with over 15 years of experience across consulting and in-house roles. She began her career at one of the Big Four firms, where she spent over 8 years working across India and the UAE. She then moved in-house as Head of Tax at GEMS Education, one of the largest K-12 private school operators globally, with a presence in over 20 countries.

After three years at GEMS, she resumed her consulting journey with another Big Four firm as an M&A Partner, she has led over 235 deals in the region. She brings a strong track record of advising on high-value, cross-border transactions across MENA, Europe, Asia and the US.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
