Fran Wilhelm is based out of our Dubai office. He leads the R&D tax advisory offering, supporting innovative businesses in leveraging the newly introduced government incentive.

Fran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Leeds and has completed his legal studies at the University of Law, London.

Fran brings over 15 years of experience in tax, having started his career in compliance before specialising in innovation incentives. Over the past decade, he has focused on R&D tax credits in the UK, most recently with Ayming with broader exposure to incentive regimes globally.
