Kapil is a Commerce graduate and also a Bachelor of Law. He was formerly a Director with PwC and who, in his 14 years tax consulting career, has worked with firms PwC & BMR Advisors.
His focus area has been Transfer Pricing (TP audit defence and litigation, APA, MAP, Global TP Documentation, and BEPS related compliances), PE attribution, Inbound & Outbound entry / exit strategies and various planning assignments.
He has worked on several complex transactions in Transfer Pricing, including royalty planning, IP transfer, structuring of overseas operations, Marketing Intangibles, setting up of Transfer Pricing policies, Global Documentation and a variety of complex benchmarking assignments. He has served clients in the Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, IT/ITES, Metal & Mining, Automobile, Engineering, FMCG and Retail sectors.
He is also a frequent speaker at technical forums on taxation and regularly contributes articles to Indian and International Tax Journals.
